　　三菱化學香港有限公司于1972年在香港成立，當時名為三菱油化有限公司，1994年三菱油化有限公司與三菱化成公司合并后，本公司采用了現今的名稱─三菱化學香港有限公司，以反映其新組成的母公司─三菱化學公司。

　　三菱化學香港有限公司在香港和中國大陸已有30年的市場經驗。目前共有3個辦公地點：香港總公司以及上海代表處和廣州代表處。兩個代表處的主要作用是方便與中國客戶進行業務聯絡。
