紐約2006年6月20日的消息，通用電氣醫(yī)療集團(tuán)（GE Healthcare）通過其下屬部門GE Medical Holding AB宣布將以約瑞典克朗SEK29億（美元3億9千萬），收購Biacore International以擴(kuò)充其蛋白研究領(lǐng)域。

GE Healthcare的CEO Joe Hogan表示“生物科學(xué)對于GE而言是一個重要的組成部門，而Biocore可以高度的補(bǔ)充和配合我們目前的蛋白科學(xué)產(chǎn)品，因此此次收購可以延伸GE診斷和早期治療領(lǐng)域?！?/p>
